29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (a) Elite Custom Exteriors, 10618 Worchester St., Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before March 6, 2015, the controlling employer did not ensure that a competent person was onsite and evaluating the hazards associated with siding operations. This condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
