29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Front Rear Center, Top Level of Structure - Workers laying sheets of plywood to the floor/ceiling joist were not protected from falling 8' to the inside plywood floor, or 10' to the outside ground level on or about 3/10/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
