29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. a) In the front (east) office area, employees were exposed to fire hazards when a fire extinguisher was not identified with a sign or placard in the front hallway. This violation was observed on or about March 10, 2015. b) In the back (west) office area, employees were exposed to fire hazards when a fire extinguisher was not identified with a sign or placard in the front hallway. This violation was observed on or about March 10, 2015. c) In the back (west) office area, employees were exposed to fire hazards when a fire extinguisher was not identified with a sign or placard by the rear door. This violation was observed on or about March 10, 2015.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. a) Around the machines in the production area, employees were exposed to chemical hazards when bottles containing oil were not properly labeled with the contents. This violation was observed on or about March 10, 2015. b) Around the machines in the production area, employees were exposed to chemical hazards when spray bottles containing cutting fluid were not properly labeled with the contents. This violation was observed on or about March 10, 2015. c) In the storage/tool room near in the production area, employees were exposed to chemical hazards when spray bottles containing cutting fluid were not properly labeled with the contents. This violation was observed on or about March 10, 2015.
