They shall be designed to provide adequate holding power for all the thicknesses of materials being cut.  a) On or about 3/11/15 in area near the warehouse, an employee was operating a table saw which did not have non kickback fingers install on it, resulting in the employee's fingers being amputated when a piece of wood kicked back.
