29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(viii)(B): The employer did not ensure that each employee was informed of the health effects associated with asbestos exposure: a) Employees removing drywall at 201 Main Street Green Bay, WI during January and February 2015 were not provided training concerning the health effects associated with asbestos exposure. The employees were performing Class IV asbestos work when they were removing wall material within an inch of the asbestos containing white textured ceiling coating.
