29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(v): Periodic monitoring indicated that employee exposures were below the action level, and the result was not confirmed by the result of another monitoring taken at least seven days later and the employer discontinued the monitoring for those employees whose exposures were represented by such monitoring: Air sampling for Hexavalent chromium was done by the employer on four different welders on 7/11, 7/12,7/13 and 7/16/2007. These jobs were not re-sampled by the day of the inspection.
