29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded by a standard railing (or the equivalent as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section) on all open sides except where there is entrance to a ramp, stairway, or fixed ladder: a) Building 1 Warehouse: Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet while removing and replacing a section of railing along the open side of a mezzanine in the warehouse area, on or about March 10, 2015. b) Insulation Mezzanine: Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet while stocking and removing bundles of insulation from a mezzanine in the yard area, on or about Mar 10, 2015. c) Landmark/ Fairway Mezzanine: Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet while stocking vinyl fence material on a mezzanine near the rear of building 5, on or about March 10, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
