29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a. In the production area, employees were exposed to amputation and struck by hazards, in that, there were no cup guards on the Sharp Precision or the Machine Tools drill presses while drilling holes into steel parts, on or about 03/10/2015.    b. In the production area, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard, in that, no point of operation guarding was being used during the bending of stainless steel parts on the True bend C11 press brake, on or about 03/10/2015.
