29 CFR 1926.605(b)(1): Ramps for access of vehicles to or between barges shall be of adequate strength, provided with side boards, well maintained, and properly secured.  On or about June 2, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, an ramp used to access the barge was dry rotted and in poor physical condition to support the weight of the excavator.
