29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems: The employer did not ensure appropriate fall protection was implemented for employees performing commercial roofing operations on a flat roof that was less than 50 feet wide. The employees were exposed to fall hazards associated with an approximately eleven (11) foot fall. The employer (Craftmasters, Inc) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 108644, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/16/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 123 North Main Street, Atwood, IL, 61913.
