Maintenance Shop: a) Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while working, where annual inspections and maintenance of automotive hydraulic lifts had not been conducted. b) Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while working, where monthly inspections and maintenance of automotive hydraulic lifts had not been conducted. c) Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards while working, where daily operators do not conduct inspections and maintenance of automotive hydraulic lifts had not been conducted.
