29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof - On or about March 10, 2015, the employer did not ensure that employees were fall protected while walking/working on a roof with sides and edges that were unprotected by guardrail or safety net systems, exposing employees to fall hazards up to about 12.5 feet onto concrete and earthen ground.
