29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Openings in boxes, cabinets, and fittings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: (a) On or about 03/11/15, during the renovation of retail space for Project Lean Nation, located at 1900 Clinton Avenue, in Rochester, New York, a panel box used for power tools and equipment was not closed to guard against accidental contact with live conductors inside the cabinet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
