The bandsaw was located in the carpentry shop in the machine shop building at the McNary Dam Complex in Umatilla, Oregon.  (b) On March 12, 2015 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the unused portion of the blade underneath the work rest on the Delta bandsaw that was not guarded.
