The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, May 4, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) issued as citation 1, item 1, and described as follows: On the site where construction activities were taking place, the employer did provide for frequent and regular inspections to be performed at the jobsite, but did not identify hazards, such as but not limited to falls and not ensuring that extension ladders were secure for access/egress.
