Harvey Mitchell Parkway in Bryan, Texas, on or about February 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto, in the outside utility area, facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided for employee(s) who were pumping corrosive Nalco water treatment chemical(s) into secondary containers for addition to chillers, exposing employee(s) to contact hazards of corrosive chemicals.
