29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(2): 29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(2): The employer did not make sure that hooks with self-closing latches were used while employees were hooking, unhooking, or guiding the load: On 3/13/15, at 6521 Kurey Dr, Appleton jobsite, employees of Lorbiecki Builders were exposed to falling loads while guiding and setting wood trusses when the crane equipment load hook latch had been defeated to allow the operator to unhook the load without assistance and created the potential for unintentional rigging failure.
