29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(8)(v)(D): Asbestos-containing material removed was not immediately bagged or wrapped, or kept wetted until transferred to a closed receptacle, no later than the end of the work shift:    (a)  The Wharf - Southwest Waterfront - On or about March 3, 2015, supervisors lined roll off containers and inspected the cement pipes that were encased in concrete. The associated debris and material containing 30 percent to 45 percent Chrysotile asbestos that was being loaded in the containers  was not kept wet until it had been loaded for transport away from the demolition site no later than end of the work shift.  This is Class II asbestos work.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
