29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a.   The Enclave at Old Peachtree Subdivision, 563 Eagles Knoll Drive, Lot #6A, Lawrenceville, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees  were performing framing activities with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on  or about 03/12/15.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  The Enclave at Old  Peachtree Subdivision, Lot #6A, 563 Eagles Knoll Drive, Lawrenceville, GA -  Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet, while performing carpentry/framing work such as, installing roof gables and sheathing/decking on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about 3/12/15.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:   a. The Enclave at Old Peachtree Subdivision,  563 Eagles Knoll Drive, Lot #6A, Lawrenceville, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The stars with seven risers were not equipped with a standard handrail on the open sides.   The employees access the stairs on daily basis to gain entrance to the area where the ladder is presence to access the roof, on or about 03/12/15.
