29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At the time of inspection, the employer failed to: a) Provide machine guarding to the Lawson Super Duty drill press located in the Bindery Department, b) Provide machine guarding to ingoing nip points on printing presses including, but not limited to the Royal Zenith Zephyr 300, c) Ensure that the safety interlock on the Horizon Cross Folder, model number AFC-544AKT, was not bypassed.
