29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable: a) Facility, 1904 Lincoln Highway, Boswell, PA: On or about March 13, 2015, an employee is forced to work in wet conditions due to the numerous roof leaks that result in large areas of the work floor being covered in water 1-4 inches deep.

Unless identified for use in the operating environment, no conductors or equipment shall be located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that have a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment; or where exposed to excessive temperatures: a) Facility, 1904 Lincoln Highway, Boswell, PA: On or about March 13, 2015, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards while working under and around light fixtures that were exposed to water leaking from numerous roof leaks into and through the hanging fixtures.
