Employees walk and work directly next to the manure drops.    b) Pen 2 Area, on or about 3/16/2015: Employees performing maintenance or greasing Jamesway alley scraper wheels and employees using the scape alley were exposed to a fall hazard into manure pit with a depth of approximately six feet. Employees walk and work directly next to the manure drops.  c) Pen 3 Area, on or about 3/16/2015: Employees performing maintenance or greasing Jamesway alley scraper wheels  and employees using the scape alley were exposed to a fall hazard into manure pit with a depth of approximately six feet. Employees walk and work directly next to the manure drops.   d) Outside Pen 3, on or about 3/16/2015: Employees were exposed to a trip hazard from drainage grate not fully covering the opening.    e) Heifer Barn, on or about 3/16/2015: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of about three feet into manure drainage where mechanical equipment operates.   f) Heifer Barn Pump Room, on or about 3/16/2015: Stairway to lower level was missing a midrail, exposing employees  to a fall hazard of more than four feet.
