29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) Job site, near 830 Providence Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 17, 2015, during scaffold dismantling activities, the employer did not ensure that a competent person properly evaluated the task for fall protection purposes prior to the start of work, exposing workers to falls of up to approximately 13 feet.
