On or about March 16, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing framing operations from an aerial lift (JLG, 600S) was exposed to falls, approximately seventeen (17) feet above the ground, did not have a lanyard attached to the boom or basket, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
