Section 5(a)(l) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by and crushed-by hazards: a) In the Frame area at table numbers 7 and 8, the pendant controls to the Budgit 1/2-ton chain hoist being used to move metal frames did not have legible function labels. b) In the small mill area, the pendant controls to the CM Lodestar 3-ton and 5-ton chain hoist being used to move parts 900-2500 pounds did not have legible function labels.
