NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) Conductors entering the main power box on the south wall of the saw mill were not protected from abrasion. The flex conduit on the 480 volt conductors had come loose exposing them to damage. This item was corrected during the inspection. Quick Fix.
