Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.  On or about March 18, 2015 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations approximately nine (9) feet two (2) inches above the ground were not protected from falls into the dumpster trailer and/or ground, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
