29 CFR 1910.1000(c): The employer did not ensure that an employee's exposure to silica, as listed in Table Z-3, in any 8-hour work shift of a 40 hour work week, did not exceed the 8-hour time weighted average limit given for that substance in the table:  An employee working in the grinding room was over exposed to silica (crystalline quartz) at an 8 hour time Weighted Average concentration of .92 mg/m3 which exceeds the OSHA PEL of .55 mg/m3 during the 283 minutes of personal sampling performed on 3/18/2015.
