29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about March 11, 2015 and at times prior to, an employee was observed walking/working on the top plate of a new building under construction. The employee was engaged in framing activities. The employee was not utilizing fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of about 10 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
