29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employees had not been provided with GHS 2012 training including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system to be used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) Hampton Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Spinal Cord Injury Facility: On or about 03/18/2015, employees that work with Portland cement, Concrete Form Release Agent and various other chemicals were not trained in the new labeling and safety data sheet requirement. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
