29 CFR 1926.502(b)(9): The employer failed to ensure that wire rope used as a top rail was flagged at 6-foot intervals with high-visibility material. (a) Location: 180 Boston Post Road, Weston MA, 02493 On or about 3/19/2015, the employer did not flag the top wire rope rail along the outer edge of the second story deck with high visibility material where there was exposure to subcontractor employees at a height of approximately 14 feet.
