29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Meat Department- The employer did not ensure that all electrical equipment was installed and used in accordance with its listing and labeling. Two electrical junction boxes, which are intended to be mounted to a wall and wired with permanent conduit, were used with flexible wiring as drop down outlets in the Meat Department in order to power equipment, such as the Hobart meat tenderizer, Hobart medium and large meat grinders, and the Hollymatic Super Model 54 Food Portioning Machine, serial number 65737.
