After that time this data may be stored off the jobsite, but a copy shall be made available to the Secretary upon request. a. On or about March 19, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, the manufacturer's specifications, recommendations, and limitations, and manufacturer's approval to deviate from the specifications, recommendations, and limitations were not available in a written form at the jobsite for the protective system in use.

29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation shall be protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section except when: a. On or about March 19, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working inside a twelve (12) feet deep trench were not provided with an adequate protective system, thereby exposing employees to cave in hazards. The Morning, Noon & Night Plumbing & Sewer Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995461, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at N. Western Ave. & Cortez St., Chicago, IL.
