Storage of material shall not create a hazard. b) On and prior to March 17, 2015 the shelving on storage racking on the east side of Building 33 was not secured to the racking system. The unsecured shelving and light weight stored material(s) were subjected to becoming displaced by wind or material handling equipment creating a struck-by hazard.
