Emergency exit door was blocked by a large plastic garbage container, a wooden pallet, and other bulk storage material.  2/ Packaging/Inspection Area:  Emergency exit door was blocked by stacks of wooden pallets.    Emergency exit doors were blocked preventing free escape from the facility in the event of a fire or other emergency.    Observed on/or about 03/19/2015.
