29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Employees engaged in housekeeping and janitorial activities utilizing caustic chemicals including but not limited to Royal Fumeless Drain Opener, Betco Quat Stat SC and Eco Lab Stainblaster were exposed to chemical hazards in that the janitorial closet and laundry room were not equipped with functional quick drenching or flushing facilities.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:   Employees engaged in caregiving, maintenance and housekeeping activities in the kitchen hallway were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the light switch in the kitchen hallway was not equipped with a faceplate.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical:  Employee engaged in maintenance and housekeeping activities throughout the nursing home were exposed to chemical hazards in that Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals used at the facility were not provided.
