29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) A). On or about 03/19/15, at 179-15 80th Road. Jamaica, NY Employees working on west side of the fabricated frame scaffolds of the house were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 24 ft. to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only two scaffold planks. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs g(1)(i) through g(1)(vi) of this section, each employee working on a scaffold more than 10 above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by the use of guardrails or personal fall arrest systems: A). on or about 03/19/15, scaffolds in west side of the house at 179-15 80th Road. Jamaica, NY Employees installing insulation paper around the window on the scaffolds were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 24 ft. to the ground. Guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not provided. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
