29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about March 18, 2015, at Lot 144A, 630 Collingsworth Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards of falling nail guns and lumber from employees working above him from the second floor of a house while he worked on the ground without using head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about March 18, 2015, at Lot 144A, 630 Collingsworth Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  a) Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard that ranged from approximately 12.6-feet to 20.2-feet when they worked at the unprotected edge of a house without using fall protection.   b) Four employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard that ranged from approximately 8-feet to 19.3-feet when they worked at an unguarded stair well opening that ran from the ground floor to the second floor.
