29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about March 18, 2015, at Lot 5, 1287 Calistoga Way, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  a) Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19.2-feet when they worked at the unprotected edge and top plate of the house without using fall protection.   b) An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.6-feet when he worked from the garage roof of a house without using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about March 18, 2015, at Lot 5, 1287 Calistoga Way, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet when they used a Werner 20-foot aluminum ladder that was not extended three feet above the second floor landing.
