29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction site: On March 18, 2015 and at time prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet to the ground below while removing shingles, and drying-in a roof on a commercial building with a 6/12 pitch roof.
