29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 3 Lowther Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043 / Grit Area; An employee was grinding concrete 15 feet 8 inches above the ground without the use of fall protection, on or about 03/23/2015. Abatement Certification Required Performance Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994163, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3 Lowther Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
