On or about at 3/23/15 located at 4960 Pont Du Gard DR., Cumming, GA: Employees were observed installing roofing shingles on a house that was under construction, while using a pneumatic nail gun without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about at 3/23/15 located at 4960 Pont Du Gard DR., Cumming, GA: Employees were installing roofing shingles on to the roof of a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that the fall protection lanyards were connected by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 45 feet.
