29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) Restaurant located at 9131 W Florissant Road, Ferguson, MO 63135: On and before March 23, 2015, the employer did not provide adequate hazard communication training to include new labeling elements, new safety data sheet format, and location of the safety data sheets at the establishment. Employees utilized a variety of KAY cleaning products to include, but not limited to: QSR Heavy Duty Degreaser, Kay SolidSense FloorCare A and B, Kay QSR Fryer Cleanser, Kay QSR Hi-Temp Grill Cleaner, and QSR Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner.
