29 CFR 1917.12: The employer did not eliminate, to the extent possible, conditions causing slippery working and walking surfaces in work areas used by employees.  a) Dock - On or about 3/24/15, employees were exposed to slip hazards when a film of hydraulic oil covered the crane body due to a hydraulic fluid leak.
