29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Grand Avenue Builders, Inc. at 281 Centennial St., Glenwood Springs, CO 81601: On or before March 9, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee was protected from injury, in that two employees installing roof trusses at the gable-end on a multi-level wood structure were not utilizing a fall protection system. The employees stood on the top of the trusses near the ridge of the 8-in-12 sloped roof. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 25 feet.
