29 CFR 1926.652(b)(3)(iii): Tabulated data, identifying the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system: (a) 1414 Carlisle Road Mechanicsburg, PA - The contractor provided an aluminum trench box for men to work in while installing a sewer line. The employer did not ensure that the tabulated data sheet was kept at the site while the trench box was in use, on or about March 19, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
