29 CFR 1926.501(b)(5): Each employee on the face of formwork or reinforcing steel was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, or positioning device systems:      a) Jobsite: Employees pouring concrete walls and stripping forms without the use of a fall protection system were exposed to a fall hazard of approx. 18' - 22' feet.         1) North end - Employee installing a joist pocket was exposed to a fall hazard of approx. 18'.      2) North end - Employees pouring concrete were exposed to a fall hazard of approx. 22'.       3) Southeast corner - Employee stripping forms were exposed to a fall hazard of approx. 22'.     Condition was observed on or about 3/25/15.
