29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Back of Store#3903: The exit route located between the stairs leading to the second floor and the back wall of the building had objects such as metal shelves, debris, and boxes of paper goods that obstructed the path of travel to the exit door as observed on March 25, 2015. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992417, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7118 Highway 278 in Covington, GA. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) Back of Store: Sufficient access to two side by side electrical breaker boxes used for lights, coolers, and the air conditioner was not provided in that the area in front of them was blocked by several standing metal shelves and boxes of materials as observed on March 25, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED The Dollar General Store was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989776, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7111 West FM 1431 in Granite Shoals, TX.
