29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  This violation occurred on or about March 25, 2015, at a commercial structure located at or near 8765 Frisco Corners Office Park, Frisco, TX 75034; where employees performing roofing work and operating a pneumatic nailer did not wear eye protection and were exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.
