OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. a) At the First Class Moving Systems, Inc. warehouse located at 8110 Anderson Road, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33634, employees were using forklifts to load and unload products stored in steel shelf racks. The racks were not anchored to the ground to prevent displacement of the legs and collapse of the racks, on or about March 25, 2015.
